Week 6 – Hail Mary!

This is the halfway point! What can you do to step up your game? Are you in need of something dramatic like a Hail Mary?

Watch for instructions on exercise modification ideas.



This Week’s Task: Each team member will choose an exercise to perform. Below are a list of modifications to help your team members who may have physical limitations.

  1. 60 Push-ups: Modification – perform from knees, or the wall.
  2. 30 Burpees: Modification – 3 minutes walk/run or 150 jumping jacks.
  3. 2 min. Wall Sit: Modifications – 50 squats, or break the wall sit up into 1 min segments.
  4. 1 min. Plank: Modifications – perform from knees, or the wall.
  5. 100 Jumping Jacks: Modification – 2 minute walk or run.
  6. 30 Sit-ups (army style): Modification –  60 crunches.
