Challenge: Train for Battle

“Stay positive. Stay fighting. Stay brave. Stay ambitious. Stay focused. Stay strong.”

Team Task: This Warrior workout will prepare you for battle come Friday. As a team, you will need to decide what exercise each teammate will be performing from the list below. Only perform the number of exercises per team member. If you have six teammates, perform the first six exercises from the list below. On Thursday or Friday, your team will have 20 mins to speed through the exercises. Your goal is to speed through the workout as fast as you can. Only one exercise can be performed at a time. One team member will start with push-ups. Once completed, the 2nd team member will begin burpees, and so on. Record your time and send team results to [email protected] The team with the fast time will receive an extra week point.

Your objective is to practice daily the exercise you have selected so that you can take your team to victory on Friday! If a team member is unable to participate due to injury, they can join by tracking teams time or attend Friday team workout to cheer on their teammates.

Record your time and send teams results to [email protected] The team with the fast time will receive an extra week point. 

* Once your team has completed the Weekly Challenge, each team member must report! (Back reporting will not be available, so team members must log their points by the end of day Friday of every week.) If one team member chooses not to participate in a weekly task, a dishonor mark will be given, and the extra point will not be awarded.

    What’s Round 1 and Round 2? Is the intent to perform both rounds in 20 minutes?

      The goal is to do round 1 & 2 under 20 minutes. Your team will set a timer. You will begin with round 1 followed by round 2. Once round 1 and 2 are completed, you will stop your timer. Your goal is to finish each round as fast as you can. If a team member is not going to be in the office, that team member will select an exercise and time how long it takes to do two rounds of their chosen exercise on their own. They will then send in their time, and the team will add it to the overall total points.
