Week 8 – 1 Mile Hustle

Week 8 is here and this week’s Challenge is: “One Mile Hustle”

Here’s your team task: Grab your team before work, during lunch or after hours and walk or run 1 mile as a team. This can be done indoors or outdoors.

runningChoose a location to walk to and snap a pic when you reach your destination then send your picture to info@saluslifestyles.com. Include the name of your team and its members in the email. If any of your team members are out of town or out of the office, they can walk or run the 1-mile hustle individually and send a pic to the email above showing their participation.

Why Run?

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends adults engage in a total of 150 minutes a week of moderate-intensity activity or a total of 75 minutes per week of vigorous-intensity activity to improve health. Running one mile is a step in the right direction for improving your health.
