You always hear words like “detox”, “cleanse”, and “reset”.  Some people fear these types of nutritional plans while others can’t wait to begin the next one.  Denise Carter demystifies the “detox” and lets you know what is so great about them.

    Detoxing makes you feel like you have a fresh start to your plan

    Detoxing ramps you up to your goals. If you can make it through the detox then you can hit your goals as it usually is the hardest part.

    I really need a good detox to get rid of all the sugar from the holidays and help me cleanse so I have better self control going forward. 1st week of January will be my detox to start the year out right.
