WORKOUT: Ball & You

Hey Salus Family!

Have I ever shared my love for the stability ball? I absolutely dig workout equipment that I can take anywhere and perform various exercises. The greatest advantage of using a stability ball is the activation of all stabilizing muscles everytime you use it. You’re getting a full body workout with every set. YAY!

In this video, I created a 4 set AB workout for home, gym or office.
