Yoga With Emily

Today, I have another yoga flow for strength. It’s a great workout you can do at home and anywhere to increase strength, balance, and flexibility.

This flow will challenge your balance, core stabilization, and increases flexibility. It will also open hip flexors and hamstrings that tend to get tight during the day. The best part: you don’t need any equipment! Just grab a yoga mat and a little motivation.

Move back and forth from your right to your left side as many times to build heat in the body and stretch the connective tissues.
